The overall experience in Global hospital and research centre in Ravet hospital was good I admitted at this hospital under Dr. Parveen Goyal Doctors and staff are professional and making every efforts to provide excellent care housekeeping staff and nursing staff and CGHS staff Pratiksha mam and Swati mam very caring nature, friendly and supportive the rooms are spacious clean and offer a comforting view of patients i would definitely recommend this hospital amongst my family friends and any one need of best quality care. My wife was admitted to the hospital in an almost unconscious condition on 20.4.2023. Staff paid immediate attention. Within a few minutes, Dr. Praveen Goyal attended to her. After seeing her, he told us not to worry, suffering from a viral infection, and told us to admit her for 2-3 days. After 2 days, she was fully relieved and cured. Initially, I was hesitant to admit her. But Dr. Goyal's reassurance gave me the confidence. My heartfelt thanks to the doctor and his full team!

Though the first time, it was a very positive experience. My son was diagnosed and admitted for dengue fever. he is in a really bad shape (Temp. 104) at the time of admission, but the treatment was so good that he felt better the very next day. They discharged my son on the 4th day which he feels was very quick. What I liked about the hospital: 1. Patient is admitted even before asking for any deposit or any charges. which indicates that here CARE comes first before Money. 2. Dr Goyal Sir, Dr Preeti Goel (Paediatric) and associate doctors are very talented and caring. 3. The support staff has a very good caring attitude and looks after the patient as one of their own, especially thanks Ms. Swati Patil Ma’am. 4. Reasonable charges.

My dad was admitted to Global Hospital in Ravet for a second stroke this month (previously in June 2022) , and we are very grateful for the care he received. Dr. Goyal, Dr. Luthra and Dr Chhabra, all highly experienced, handled his treatment with expertise. They even brought in a specialist, Dr. Nadkarni (Neurophysician), for additional consultation, ensuring the best possible care. Dr Nadkarni explained the situation very well and precautions to take. My dad stabilized well and was discharged on the fourth day. We really appreciate the excellent medical attention provided by the team. Hospital Nurses and staff are co-operative and experienced, maintains excellent cleanliness throughout the premises. Insurance team is experienced and you will hardly face any issues in cashless claims.

My Father -in-law got operated at Global hospital. operation was successfull. Surgeon who did the operation is very good. whole staff including nurse and doctors were very good. Had a good experience.specially payal from insurance department was very supportive. but we found one thing odd in final bill was doctor's visiting charge when the patient is already admitted and operated in hospital which is not worth. i feel they should not charge this amount as we r already in hospital and getting treatment so this is the only thing i didnt feel good. 🙏

Excellent service! From maintaining hygiene to taking utmost care of the patient, their staff is truly reliable. They were very friendly and compassionate throughout the admission, and I was really happy about the very fact that this hospital doesn’t have that foul smell which hospitals usually do!
