Patients are treated well . All test facilities are available. Cleanliness is maintained.Staff is polite. But you might find the treatment costly.If you don't have insurance,it will be difficult for you.
My mother was admitted to Global Hospital under emergency circumstances and remained there for nearly a month, including three weeks in the ICU. I am putting up this review after proper treatment of 15days and observing everything. Because as a patient the way I was confused to read reviews and judge which thing to be trusted on 1.Treatment The treatment of doctor is very good ,Mr Luthra understand all your problems and issues and accordingly gives you the best possible option and treatment. He never forced me to get Hospitalized (which other hospital usually do) 2.Finances Treatment wise rates are proportionately okay not too high on the samecan't say its less but you should also agree you want a neat and clean infrastructure so that defined comes with cost 3.Staff A common review which is there over here is staff yes I agree there are few staff which are ride ,unfortunately every patient going to ipd meets that rude lady who is from Kerela as a result everyone makes that assumption which I also made.but when I asked for another staff they were very good and helping.. So in short if you are going for genuine treatment you can trust them ..
My wife was admitted to the hospital in almost unconscious condition on 20.4.2023. Staff paid immediate attention. Within a few minutes, Dr. Praveen Goyal attended to her. After seeing her, he told nothing to worry, suffering from viral infection and told us admit her for 2-3 days. After 2 days, she was relieved fully cured. Initially, I was hesitant to admit her. But Dr. Goyal's reassurance gave me the confidence. My heartfelt thanks to the doctor and his full team!
